This year’s show will be a true tribute to nature and will have some centennial plants brought by Terra Nostra Botanical Park<> that has a vast collection with over 600 varieties.
The botanical park dates back to the 18th century when the American Honorary Council in S. Miguel built in it a summer residence, later known as Yankee Hall. It has been considered one of the most beautiful parks in the world by Condé Nast Traveler magazine.
Nowadays, thanks to the skillful hands of the Master Gardener Fernando Costa, who passionately devotes himself to this expo every year, the collection has grown from 30 to over 600 species.
The camellias will be exhibited in a backdrop inspired by waterfalls - the theme of this year’s show. Local producers and artisans will show the best products the region has to offer.
