Your guide to Portuguese beers
Christmas holiday markets

The gods of the storm and the giants of the earth
Suspend suddenly the hatred of their war
And are quieted with wonder. Up the valley that rises to heaven
A silence looms, and goes, taking the veils from the mist,
First a movement and then a shadow.
Skirting it, while it lasts, the fears, shoulder to shoulder;
And in the distance the wake thunders in clouds and lightening.

Below, where the earth lies, the shepherd freezes and his flute
Falls; in ecstasy he sees, by the light of a thousand bolts of thunder,
Heavens open the abyss to the soul of the Argonaut.
