Castelo de Bode welcomes the World's First Wakeboard Resort this June
April 10, 2016
You know wake boarding... it is the sport of riding on a short, wide board like a surfboard and turning some awesome acrobatic moves while being towed. Cool, right?
This June the world's first wake boarding resort will open at Castelo de Bode reservoir, Portugal.
The new resort will feature six tow cables on the Castelo de Bode reserve. That means a 16-mile wakeboarding course that will let riders have a great time and do some air catching tricks. All this, 90 minutes from Lisbon, and outside of the historic city of Tomar. The new Castelo de Bode resort will debut at the Nautique European Pro/Am as the 3rd stop of the Nautique Wake Series.
